I have more than 20 years experience in the fitness industry and have focused on pre and post natal exercise and health for more than 15 years. I created http://pregnancyexercise.co.nz as I wanted all women to benefit from safe and effective exercise pre and post natal.
I’m very passionate about what I do, its what has kept me in this industry for so many years. I love hearing success stories from my clients from exercising without pain during their pregnancy to correcting a 2 year post abdominal separation to turning babies ready for a natural birth.
Originally from the UK I moved to NZ 14 years ago. I have 3 gorgeous girls, my eldest is just about to start school and my youngest is 5 months. I still personal train clients at Les-Mills Auckland NZ which is where I base my business and run weekly pregnancy exercise training groups.
